The main purpose for this cool challenge was to have the users know how Lou Gehrig's disease impacts their nervous system. One can either do the challenge, donate money, or do both! ^^
There are people out there who complain about the waste of water and how ridiculous this "activity" is for a disease that has no cure (one is being searched for, but it'll take a long time), but there is a cure for those without clean water by, guess what, providing them clean H2O!
